A specialized category of materials to cut includes gasket materials. These encompass various types of materials resistant to high temperatures, such as rubber mixtures, reinforced mixtures, cellulosic materials, fiber-based materials, and various types of silicones. Cutting high-temperature materials made of graphite, especially those reinforced with mesh and steel sheets, poses challenges as they tend to stratify during cutting.

Our machines utilize a special pressure pad that compresses the material at the cutting point, preventing tearing as the knife moves through. For efficiently cutting gasket materials reinforced with mesh and steel sheets, a powerful servo head with two servo drives is used. One servo drive adjusts the angle of the knife for cutting direction while the second servo drive facilitates strong oscillations. This setup allows the knife to effectively penetrate mesh or sheet layers.

Equipped with a vacuum table, our machines facilitate material suction during cutting. Additionally, many models come with a scanning head for replicating shapes without documentation. Simply place the old seal on the table, scan it with a touch scanner and recreate the shape for cutting new material. The electric knife system with two servo drives ensures precise positioning even after stopping, enabling versatile use across various applications, including cutting without oscillation.

Our electric knife system offers a range of knife adapters, accommodating flat knives as well as round knives. This versatility allows for flexible selection of cutting tools suitable for materials from any source on the market.
