Layered materials commonly used in construction sometimes require specialized machining. For these cases, routers equipped with high-speed spindles are recommended. These machines allow for cutting aluminum-plastic sandwich panels at very high speeds, reaching up to 0.5m/s. Despite the rapid feed rates, the edge quality remains excellent, with smooth surfaces and no chips or burrs after machining.
Our machines feature a monolithic body. This ensures precise table leveling, minimizing the risk of overcuts or undercuts across the entire surface of the material. The stable, heavy construction of the machine, along with machining in a dedicated fixture, contributes to the accuracy of the table. Typically, workspaces for these materials are 1500x4000mm. Larger workspaces are also available and are typically used for the processing of wood-based panels.
